Abstract
PURPOSE:To obtain a stabilized output voltage from a DC-DC converter through simple constitution by a system wherein output voltage of a rectification smoothing circuit is detected, and a pulse width of driving signal of a transistor forming a charging/discharging way of condenser is changed to active operation. CONSTITUTION:An oscillator 23 operates from impressing a DC power 1, and a transistor TR25 repeats on/off operations as indicated by a continuous line illustrated. When TR25 is turned on, condensers 6-8 are charged in parallel; when TR25 is turned off, condensers 6-8 are connected in series and discharged through a rectification smoothing circuit 21 to a double voltage. When an output voltage rises according to a change of DC power 1 and load 22, output of a detection circuit 39 is inputted to a pulse width controller 24 of a driving circuit 29, a pulse width is narrowed and a charging current is increased from I1 to I2 as indicated by a broken line (a). TR's 30-32 are driven in active state at I2, a voltage drops between collector and emitter, the sum of charging voltages of the condensers 6-8 is decreased, and thus supply voltage is stabilized.
