CONSTITUTION:In case of using a magnetic toner T by which the particle size of iron powder FO is comparatively large and its dispersion is not isotropic, the electric resistance becomes small in the direction of B and large in the direction of A, due to deviation of dispersion of the iron powder FO. Therefore, in case of charging, when voltage is applied to a sleeve 22 and a doctor 24, a conductive path having low resistance is formed, charge passes through this conductive path, is injected into each particle easily, and stabilized charging is executed. In case of development, electric force by an electrostatic latent image operates on a toner, unified directional properties of a toner on the sleeve 22 are deteriorated. Accordingly, when a visible image is transferred, a direction which is large in resistance of toner particles is applied. That is to say, this toner operates as that of low resistance for development, and that of high resistance for transfer. In this way, even when ordinary paper is used, a copied image having a high quality can be obtained.
