Thus, when the laser beam B is intercepted, an overall laser beam A is reflected by the laser shutter 13, and the reflected laser beam C is irradiated directly to the power sensor 14. Consequently, the output value of the overall laser beam A is measured directly by connecting a measuring instrument to the power sensor 14.
