Abstract
PURPOSE:To permit a highly accurate speed control regardless of the fluctuation of the input pulse frequency over a wide range, by generating a pulse signal having frequency a specified number of times as high as the reference signal frequency in a digital circuit, and using said pulse signal as a clock pulse to generate a pulse having a firing angle according to the firing angle-controlling signal. CONSTITUTION:The fixed oscillation frequency outputted from a high-frequency oscillator 101 is divided into 1/n in a frequency divider circuit 102 and counted up by means of an up counter 103 which is reset by said frequency-divided signal when the input pulse rises, until the input pulse rises subsequently thereto. In other words, the cycle of the input pulse is counted, and the counted value immediately before the counter 103 is reset is stored in a register 104. The output value of the register 104 is counted down by means of the pulse from the oscillator 101, and an output is generated when the counted value is 0, as well as the output of the register 104 is inputted to a down counter 105. Thereby, the firing angle can be controlled highly accurately with only a distributor.
