Abstract

PURPOSE: To make unload control attainable, by making up an opening spanned between a fluid suction chamber and a central chamber on a plate body of a fixed scroll casing member and distributing a switch control valve to this opening.
CONSTITUTION: A fluid suction chamber 132 is made up between an inner wall surface of a cuppy housing 10 and a scroll body 22 of a movable scroll casing member 20. On a bottom plate 12 of the housing 10, an opening 5 spanning a fluid suction chamber 132 and a central chamber 122 is made up and at the same time a switch control valve 1 to be coupled with a plunger 4 of a solenoid 3 is arranged to be set up via a spring 2. When the opening 5 is in a state of open, a by-pass circuit 6 which inter connects the fluid suction chamber 132 and a fluid discharge chamber 123 through is formed, that is, compression stroke becomes released and this fact may dispense with a job of compression for the scroll type fluid system, decreasing a loss of energy. Like this, when unload functions are given to the control valve, substantially compressing operation is as good as unnecessary indeed.
