Abstract

CONSTITUTION: In case of maintaining pressure of a pressure circuit 4, an open- close valve 7 is placed to a neutral position 7a, at this time a flow outelt 3 is also at pressure equal to high pressure in a flow inlet 2 and vent circuit 6, then a spool 9 presses a spring 13 and is placed at a neutral position 9a. In case of discharging the pressure in the pressure circuit 4, the open-close valve 7 is selected to a selective position 7b to connect the flow outlet 3 to a tank 8, however, pressure in one end chamber of the spool 9 is discharged to the tank 8 in a slightly slow state by the action of a throttle valve 10, thus the spool 9 is pressed by the spring 13 and moved at relatively slow speed from the neutral position 9a to a selective position 9b.
