Abstract

PURPOSE: To enable multistage flow rate control rapid in the response speed by forming circuits connecting an electromagnetic direction change-over valve provided on the discharge side of a pump and an actuator into parallel circuits, and interposing an electromagnetic proportional flow quantity control valve in each parallel circuit.
CONSTITUTION: An electromagnetic direction change-over valve 3 is provided on the discharge side of a pump 1, and electromagnetic proportional flow quantity control valves 4 and 5 are interposed within the parallel circuits respectively between the discharge side of the valve 3 and the actuator 6. Solenoids 3A and 3B on both sides of the direction change-over valve 3 are connected to a signal change-over device 7. The signal change-over device 7 is connected to a signal change-over device through a timer 8 and an OR circuit 9. Signal change-over devices 11 and 12 are connected on the output side of the signal change-over device 10, and the solenoids 4A and 5A of respective valves 4 and 5 are controlled by these output signals. The signal change-over devices 11 and 12 produce one value selected from the pressure values P11WP1m and P21WP2m in accordance with the output of the signal change-over device 10.
