Abstract
PURPOSE: To reduce the manufacturing cost, sizd and weight of a liquid pressurizing device of variable volume type by controlling the output of one pump less than a predetermined level even if the total output power of two pumps in less than the output of summation control.
CONSTITUTION: One pressure from the discharging side of each pump A, B, is applied to first pressure receiving surfaces 5a, 6a of spools 5, 6 of control valve means C, D, while the other pressure from said discharging side is applied to second pressure receiving surfaces 7a, 8a. Pressure receiving areas of said first pressure receiving surfaces 5a, 6a are formed larger than those of said second pressure receiving surfaces 7a, 8a. And control passages 11, 12, which are opened when the spools 5, 6 move against pressure applying members 9, 10, are communicated with rear chambers of operation plungers 3, 4. With the above, the output of one pump can be controlled, disregarding the total output of two pumps, whereby the manufacturing cost, size and weight of a liquid pressurizing device of variable volume type can be reduced.
