Abstract

PURPOSE: To prevent occurance of engine stop, by connecting discharge conduit a speed sensing pump which is provided coaxially with pump elements to the pressurizing chamber of control pistons.
CONSTITUTION: A speed sensing pump P, in which a discharging conduit 6 is connected to a tank T through a relief valve 7 and open/close valve 8, is provided coaxially with a pump element A, and control pistons 60 are arranged on an operation side of discharging pressure of spools in control valve units B. Furthermore, the discharge conduit 6 of the speed sensing pump P is connected to the pressurizing chambers 61 of the control pistons 60. When the driving torque of the pump exceeds engine torque, the open/close valve 8 is closed and the power applied to the discharge conduit 6 and the control piston 60 become equal with a predetermined pressure so as to restrain the output of the pump element A, therefore, the occurance of an engine stop is prevented.
