Abstract

PURPOSE: To obtain a pump discharge quantity substantially proportional to the operating quantity of the spool of a change-over valve spool by introducing a specific pressure oil to the pilot pressure of a discharge quantity controlling of a variable capacity type hydraulic pump driven by a prime mover.
CONSTITUTION: The variable capacity type hydraulic pump 2 driven by a prime mover 1 is provided with pump discharge quantity controlling servo motors 3a and 3b, and the discharged oil pressure of the pump 2 is applied to an actuator (not shown) via ports X and Y respectively of the change-over valves 5 and 5. This change-over valve 5 has a neutral by-pass passage 7, and when the change-over valve 5 is changed over to a neutral position, the pressure oil is allowed to the pressure oil to escape to a tank 6. In this case, a variable throttle valve 8 is interposed in a neutral by-pass passage 7, and the upstream side pressure of the valve 8 is connected to one serve motor 3b so that it is transmitted thereto as a pilot pressure of the servo motor 3b, and another servo motor 3a is controlled by using the discharged pressure of the pump 1 as a pilot pressure.
