Abstract

PURPOSE: To decrease power loss and improve responsibility of the pump in such a way that in a contrivance to control discharging rate from a discharging rate variable pump by means of a pressure control valve, discharging rate and discharging pressure in the pump is made controllable without need of inutile leak flow rate.
CONSTITUTION: A discharging rate variable pump 1 is controlled with its discharging rate in such a way that a swash plate 2, etc. is displaced by means of a cylinder 4. While discharging fluid by the pump 1 is fed through a flow direction control valve 10 to an actuator 50, it is constituted so that it may be circulated through a triple port type pressure control valve 30, etc. back to a reservoir 7a. Said valve 10 provides a flow rate adjusting variable orifice 19 so as to be connected to a fluid return circuit 300 and to control a pressure control valve 30 by the differential pressure in the front and in the rear of said orifice. And a cylinder 4 to be connected to a secondary port 25 of said valve 30 is made to be able to be changed over and connected either to a main flow circuit 8 which has been connected to a primary port 24 or to a reservoir line which has been connected to a port 26.
