Abstract

PURPOSE: To decrease power loss in such a way that in a contrivance to control discharging rate from a discharging rate variable pump by means of a pressure control valve, a flow rate adjustment variable orifice is provided on the return circuit from an actuator so as to control the differential pressure in its front and rear almost stably.
CONSTITUTION: A discharging rate variable pump 1 is controlled with its discharging rate in such a way that a swash plate 2, etc. is dislaced by a cylinder 4. While discharging fluid by means of the pump 1 is fed from a main flow circuit 8 via a flow direction control valve 10 to an actuator 50, it is constituted so that it may be circulated through a triple port type pressure control valve 30, etc. back to a reservoir 7a. A flow rate adjusting variable orifice 19 is provided on a flow direction control valve 10 so as to be connected to a fluid return circuit 300. Besides, the pressure control valve 30 has a cylinder 4 connected through a line 29 to its secondary port 25, and it is cnstituted so that pressure in the front and in the rear of said orifice may be respectively transferred to one end of its spool 31 and to a back pressure chamber 32 at the other end.
