Abstract
PURPOSE:To automatically remove the radiant light reflected from a chopper, by a method wherein detecting signals for the radiant light from the chopper are stored to be subtracted from an output of a detector. CONSTITUTION:Incident light (a) from an object to be measured reaches a detector 3 through a chopper 2, and an output is applied to a differential amplifier 21. When the chopper 2 shuts off the incident light, a signal from a detector 22 opens a switching device 24 after passing through an amplifier 23, and the output of the differential amplifier 21 is applied as the other input of the differential amplifier 21 through an integrator 25. Meanwhile, the branch output of the detector 22 is applied to a switching device 27 through an inverter 26. The output of the differential amplifier 21 is inputted to an amplifier 28, a switching device 30, and a holding circuit 31. The device 30 opens through a signal from a detector 32 at a time when a light path is released. The output of the circuit 31 is inputted to an indicator 35 and a recorder 36. This permits the automatic elimination of the radiant light reflected from the chopper 2.
