Abstract
PURPOSE:To suppress cumulation of jitter caused by reproducing repeating to the minimum, by providing an elastic memory on a reproducing repeate, and making the timing of a signal of an incoming line synchronize with a timing signal in an outgoing line having jitter little. CONSTITUTION:A reproducing repeater 5 is formed by an equalizing circuit 20, a timing extracting circuit 22 and a transmitting circuit 24, in an outgoing line 3. In an incoming line 4, an elastic memory 27 is inserted into an output of an equivalent circuit 21, and to this elastic memory 27, write-in is executed by synchronizing with a timing signal extracted by a timing circuit 23, and read-out is executed by synchronizing with a timing signal extracted by the timing circuit 23 of the outgoing line 3.
