So as the photodetection surfaces of infrared detecting elements fitted to constituent bodies 10 are laid nearly in the same plane, those constitutent bodies 10 are laminated, and the photodetection surfaces of the infrared detecting elements are laid to have an obtuse angle to the main surfaces of the circuit substrates provided with the leading-out circuits.
