A correlation processor 9 and a servo-driver 8 switch the radar system and optical system automatically or permit an operator to perform manual switching on the basis of the output of the computer 10. Consequently, the deficiency of the radar tracking and that of the optical tracking are covered while holding correlations mutually, under the state of approach to the sea surface, island or mountain and flying into the cloud and rain, thereby continuing the high-precision tracking.
