Abstract

PURPOSE:To detect the synchronism of the analog signal containing the synchronizing signal of the facsimile signal, by using a microcomputer which compares the synchronizing signal stored in a memory with the input signal. CONSTITUTION:A microcomputer 1 is actuated by the program stored in a memory 2 and sets the time by a program timer 3. The timer 3 delivers the A/D start signal to an A/D converter 4 in the period of the time set by the timer 3 and at the same time delivers the interrupting signal to an interruption control part 5. The part 5 applies an interruption to the computer 1 after receiving the signal from the timer 3. The computer 1 detects this interruption and supplies the input signal which received an A/D conversion from the converter 4. Thus the input signal is sampled in the period of the time set by the timer 3, and the level and its change of the input signal are checked. Then the timer time is varied, and the synchronizing signal contained in the input signal is detected.
