Abstract
PURPOSE:To save the rate of bonding pads in forming an integrated circuit on a substrate, by constituting a selecting circuit with an I<2>L element controlling a current injected from an injector of common connection. CONSTITUTION:Control signal input terminals 1-4 are connected respectively to I<2>L elements G1-G4, multicollectors of the elements G1 and G2 are connected to I<2>L elements G11,G12 and G21,G22 of gate constitution and the injector of the elements G11,G21 and G12,G22 is commonly connected and connected to the output of the elements G3 and G4. The elements G3 and G4 control the current supplied from the injector based on the control signal at the terminals 3 and 4 to the elements G11 and G12 or the elements G21 and G22 and interrupt the supply of current to any of the gates G11-G22 based on the signal applied to the terminals 1 and 2, allowing to select the I<2>L gate.
