Abstract
PURPOSE:To reduce power consumption of a driving circuit, and to operate it at a high speed, by intercepting a transistor by making a reverse current flow to the base of the transistor driven through the fourth wiring of a transformer, and making a current required for accumulating trigger energy flow to the third wiring again. CONSTITUTION:Switching is driven by aplying a collector current or an emitter current of a transistor TR2 to be driven, to the first wiringIof a transformer 1, applying a current induced in the second wiring II of this transformer 1, to the base of the TR2, and controlling the TR2. Also, to the third wiring III of the transformer 1, an electric power source 6, a resistance 4, a diode 8, an intercepting switch 3, etc. are connected, and when the switch 3 is conducting, only a current required for trigger energy of the TR2 is made to flow, and the energy is accumulated in the transformer 1. In this way, the high speed operation can be executed by inverting the voltage of each windingI-IV of the transformer 1 the moment the switch 3 has been intercepted, flowing a reverse current to the base of the TR2 by the winding IV, and reducing the power consumption.
