Abstract
PURPOSE:To prevent deterioration of sensitivity and to increase of residual electric potential, by forming the second layer having electric charge generating power and transporting power constituted of zinc oxide, bonding agent and sensitizer under the first layer consisting of organic material having charge transporting power. CONSTITUTION:The first layer is formed with organic material such as polyester resin and polycarbonate resin etc. having charge transporting power. Under the first layer, the second layer having charge generating power and transporting power constituted of zinc oxide, bonding agent, pyrazolone deriv. or hydrazone deriv. is provided to obtain an electrophotographic receptor. By this way, deterioration of electrifying and zinc oxide sensitizer owing to ozone exposure are prevented, and also its strength is increased because of resin layer on a surface and deterioration owing to mechanical force is prevented because of a smoothed surface. Therefore, print-resistance of the zinc oxide photoreceptor is remarkably improved.
