Abstract

PURPOSE:To perform stable continuous measurement highly accurately, by connecting a carrier gas adjusting part and a carrier gas supplying source to one end of a porous tube through a carrier gas feeding pipe, and adjusting the flow rate and pressure of the carrier gas. CONSTITUTION:The carrier gas supplying part 5 is connected to one end of the porous tube 1 having liquid repelling property and continuous fine holes through a pressure gage 2, the carrier gas adjusting part 3, and a flow meter 4. A detector 8 is connected to the other end of the porous tube 1 through a carrier gas exhausting pipe 6 and a restricting part 7. The flow rate and the pressure of the carrier gas passing through said porous tube part are adjusted by operating both the carrier gas adjusting part 3 and the restricting part 7. Since the flow rate and the pressure of the carrier gas can be simultaneously adjusted to the specified values in this constitution, the continuous measurement can be performed stably and highly accurately.
