Abstract

PURPOSE:To obtain the floor heating panel with large radiating capacity and excellent heat uniformity by a structure wherein a hot water flow passage aggregate is formed by jointing a flat outside plate with a dimpled inside plate and packed with heat insulating material thereunder. CONSTITUTION:The metallic flat outside plate 2 of the floor heating panel is jointed with the dimpled metal plate 3 in order to form hot water flow passages between the plates 2 and 3. The hot water flow passage aggregate 1 is formed by connecting a hot water influx opening 7 and a hot water efflux opening 8. To make a panel frame 9 into one body with the outside plate 2 by bending the peripheral end part of the outside plate 2 is justifiable. A heat insulating packing 10 made of synthetic resin foamed material is applied to the underside of the inside plate 3 and adhered with a reinforcing plate 11 at its underside surface. Because hot water flows while being in contact with the whole inner surface of the outside plate 2, the panel has a radiating capacity larger than that of conventional floor heating panels by about 50% and, in addition, because the unevenness of temperature distribution over the surface of the outside plate 2 is small, the excellent heating uniformity is resulted.
