Abstract

PURPOSE:To increase an efficiency of thermal conduction and facilitate a work by a method wherein a floor heating uniform material having thermal uniforming plates arranged above and below or at a lower surface of a heating source and a thermal insulation plate closely contacted with the lower surface is manufactured by adhering or injecting thermal insulation material to the uniform heating plate. CONSTITUTION:A uniform heating plate 1 is formed with a pipe groove 3 for use in arranging a pipe for circulating thermal medium such as hot water in a heating source or the like. A uniform heating plate 1 is made by a metallic plate having a higher thermal conductivity such as aluminum, iron and stainless steel or the like. As a thermal insulation material to be closely adhered to the lower surface of the uniform heating plate 1, urethane, polyethylene foam and polystylene foam or the like are preferably applied. The uniform heating plate 1 and the thermal insulating plate 2 are closely contacted at their contact surfaces. Both of them are made integral with each other. In order to manufacture the uniform heating plate 1, the thermal insulating plate 2 is adhered to or injected and adhered to the upper or lower surface of the floor heating device to its lower surface arranged between the floor beams.
