Abstract

PURPOSE:To obtain the floor heating panel with excellent heating uniformity and favorable temperature rising characteristics by a structure wherein a hot water flow passage aggregate comprising a plurality of straight tube shaped tubular bodies disposed in an array between two header tubes is housed in the grooves provided in a heat insulating body and covered with a radiator plate. CONSTITUTION:The heating piping of the floor heating panel consists of the hot water flow passage aggregate 2 comprising a plurality of the tubular bodies 3 disposed in an array between the header tubes 4 made into an integral body by molding with heat resisting synthetic resin. The radiator plate 1 made of metal flat plate is set on the hot water flow passage aggregate 2 housed in the grooves 7 cut on the upper surface of the heat insulating body, to the bottom surface of which a reinforcing plate 8 is fixed by means of bonding agent or the like so as to form the floor heating panel as a whole. The floor heating panels are laid down as shown in the attached drawing and the connecting openings 5 of the header tubes 4 are connected one after another and the remaining openings 5 except the openings for supply and discharge of hot water are clogged to circulate hot water. Owing to the structure as mentioned above, the water flows from the upper header tube 4 equally through the tubular bodies 3 and collects to the lower header tube 4 in order to flow out of the hot water discharge opening.
