Vorrichtung zur Gewinnung von Wärmeenergie mit einer Wärmepumpe (1), die auf der kalten, von einem Wärmeaustauschmedium durchströmten Seite mit einem Vorlauf (4), einem Rücklauf (5) und einem zur Wechselwirkung mit einer Wärmequelle (2) bestimmten, zwischen dem Vorlauf (4) und dem Rücklauf (5) geschalteten Wärme­ austauschabschnitt (6) versehen ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie einen mit einem Überlauf (42) versehenen Sammelbehälter (40) für Brauchwasser aufweist und der Vor- und/oder Rücklauf (4, 5) mit dem Sammelbehälter (40) einen ersten Wärmeaustauscher (33) bildet.1.
