Abstract

PURPOSE: To provide a heat panel having uniform temperature distribution, by joining a metal plate provided with a heat medium stagnating groove and a gas stagnating groove on a flat plate, and pressuring a heat medium therebetween to expand the unjoined sections.
CONSTITUTION: By deep drawing, a heat medium stagnating groove 3 and a gas stagnating groove 4 are formed in one end of the metal plate 1 and in the other end of the metal plate 1, respectively, a heating pipe 5 and a heat medium inlet 8 are inserted into the heat medium stagnating groove 3, then the metal plate 1 is laid on another metal plate 2, their circumferences are joined, and by seam welding a suitable number of joining sections 6 and unjoining sections 7 are formed that extend from the groove 3 to the groove 4 and are spaced suitably apart each other. Then a heat medium is introduced from the inlet 8 and is heated by the heater 5. The heat medium is pressured to expand the unjoining sections to form heat medium passages 10. Thus, the heat panel can be produced using small mold means, and the temperature distribution thereof become uniform throughout the whole heat panel surface.
