CONSTITUTION:The ratio of current flowing into a heater 6 corresponding to the peripheral part of a liquid crystal panel and a heater 7 corresponding to the central part is changed by controlling a variable resistance 9 according to the temperature difference between a setting temperature of the panel and the outside air to increase the calorific value of the peripheral part, which is easily affected by the outside air. By increasing the resistance of a heater 12 corresponding to the peripheral part more than that of a heater 13 corresponding to the central part, the calorific value per area of the heaters can be also adjusted.
