CONSTITUTION:If the cooling load is greater, since the temperature rise per unit time is great when the compressor 15 is off, the voltage increase of input voltage V- from a temperature sensing resistive element R1 is high, since it is higher than the reference voltage V+ of a comparator 1 after the set time t1 of a timer T1, on/off control is made with the differential of the comparator 1. If the cooling load is small, since the temperature rise per unit time is small, the input voltage V- is lower than the reference voltage V+ after the set time t1 of the timer T1 and the comparator 1 is in off state. On the other hand, since the reference voltage V'+ is lower than the reference voltage V+, on/off control is made with the comparator 2 with smaller differential.
