Abstract

PURPOSE:To prevent a system from being given disturbance of constant cycle as total dispersed power, by controlling the output voltage fluctuation cycle of an inverter with random numbers. CONSTITUTION:Dispersed power 1 is inputted in parallel into a power system through an inverter 2 and a switch 3. A detection device 4 is connected to the switch 3 by which the voltage, frequency, etc., of the system is measured, and with this level the interrupting state on the system side is detected to parallel off the dispersed power source from the system. A setting circuit 6 is added which can set the output voltage setting command of a control device 5 switchingly between the rated value (Vn) and a slightly different value (Vn + V) and this switching cycle is to be controlled with random numbers. As the switching cycle is not constant, no disturbance of constant cycle is given to the system.
