CONSTITUTION:A barrier layer 102 made of amorphous material such as a- SiaC1-a (0<a<1) and having 30-1,000Angstrom thickness is optionally formed on an electrophotographic support 101 having a surface of Al2O3 contg. water in the chemical structure and having 0.05-10mum thickness, and a photoconductive amorphous layer 103 made of Si-base amorphous material contg.
