PURPOSE:To prevent seizure of a sliding part, by cooling an oil hydraulic pump motor with working fluid. CONSTITUTION:High pressure oil, fed to a flow inlet-outlet port 12, flows into a pressure oil chamber 23 through an oil path 17 to move a plunger 14 leftward. In this way, an oil path 20 is throttled by the land part of the plunger 14, and pressure oil is guided to the inside 19 of a casing through the throttled path. The pressure oil, after cooling an oil hydrualic motor, is guided to an oil tank through a discharge port 21. Accordingly, since low pressure oil, flowing out from the oil hydraulic motor, is guided into the inside 19 of the casing to perform cooling, a seizure preventive effect can be fully attained.
