CONSTITUTION:A mixture consisting of graphite powder and liquid oil, which has been prepared in advance is applied on the outside surface of said steel conductive terminal. Otherwise, liquid oil is applied on the outside surface of the steel conductive terminal, and after that, graphite powder is made to adhere onto said oil.
