Abstract

PURPOSE:To prevent the impedance of a transistor input side circuit from being included in an unstable area by connecting a current control variable resistance element between a nonlinear element driven by local electric power and a DC checking circuit. CONSTITUTION:When a frequency converter 8 is driven by local electric power, a PIN diode 9 is biased forward by the DC current from the diode and the impedance is reduced to <= several ohm, so that the DC current is transmitted as it is with low loss. When the local electric power is turned off, the DC current from the diode is reduced to ''0'' and the PIN diode 9 is opened, shifting the input side imedance of a transistor circuit 12 to the outside of an unstable area.
