CONSTITUTION: Glass having a coefficient of a linear expansion of 60W72× 10-7/°C and a transition temperature of 494W510°C, comprising 60.3W64.7wt% SiO2, 2.5W7.6 Al2O3, 17.2W20.8 B2O3, 4.5W7.3 Na2O, 2.5W5.8 K2O, 0.5W2.4 Li2O, 0.5W2.4 TiO2, 0W0.3 As2O3, 0W0.3 Sb2O3, 0W0.3 (As2O3+Sb2O3), is prepared. When 42W46wt% Ni-Fe alloy is sealed up by the glass, the sealing can be carried out without breaking the glass, metal lead will not separate out, and the water resistance of glass is improved.
