CONSTITUTION:A protective film on the surface of a receptor having a photoconductive layer formed on an electrically conductive support is made of saponification product of an ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer having 10-50mol% ethylene content and >=85mol% saponification value. The thickness of the film is 0.5-5mum.
