Abstract
PURPOSE:To prevent the deterioration of quality due to the decrease in heat transfer coefficient and charred member by providing a heat transfer member driven by suitable driving means in a fluidized layer, thereby preventing the adherence of a material to the wall surface for transferring heat by rotating the member. CONSTITUTION:A dispersive plate 2 such as porous metallic plate or the like is provided in a fluidized apparatus body 1, the lower section is formed as an air box 3 and the upper section is formed as a fluidized chamber 4. An introduction port 5, an exit 6, a blast port 7 and an exhaut port 8 are provided at the body 1. A rotational shaft 9 is provided in the chamber 4, a heat transfer member 10 is provided at the outside, and a joint 1 and a drive wheel 12 are provided at the end. In this manner, the shaft 9 is rotated, heat medium is flowed through a supply tube 13, a heat transfer member 10, and an exhaust tube 14 to heat the member 10, and heat is transferred from the member 10 to the particles of the fluidized layer. In this case, since the member 10 is rotated, the material is hardly adhered to the surface of the wall for transferring the heat, and the deterioration of quality due to the decrease in the heat transfer coefficient and charred member can be prevented.
