Abstract

PURPOSE:To enable to perform a quick responsive and high-precise humidity control and to enable the reduction of a power consumption, by a method wherein water is sprayed directly to the inside of a tank. CONSTITUTION:A humidity sensor 3 is located at a detecting pot 2 in a constant temperature humidity tank 1 in an environment tester, and the output of the sensor 3 is compared with an output of a humidity setter 9 by means of a comparator 10 in a humidity adjuster 4. In case the output of the sensor 3 is smaller than a set output, an ON signal is sent to a pump driving unit 8, and in the reverse case, an OFF signal is sent in the same manner. The unit 8 generates a water pressure in a pump 6 by means of the ON signal to atomize water in a water tank 5 in a misty state from a spray nozzle 7 through the working of the pump 6, and the inside of a tank 1 is kept to a humidity being set by the setter 9. This permits the improvement of a responsiveness as compared with the conventional heater systems.
