Abstract

PURPOSE: To accurately control humidity, in a device that brings a gas to be air- conditioned to a condition of a dew point corresponding to set temp and humidity by passing the gas into a liquid shower and obtains set temp and humidity by heating said gas.
CONSTITUTION: Air in an adjusting subdivision 1 is introduced into a dew point adjusting tank 3 through a duct 2, takes a brine shower with the same temp as a dew point corresponding to the set temp and humidity of the subdivision 1 by means of brine circulation pump 4 at the tank 3 and is brought to a condition with the same temp as the dew point at the set temp and humidity of the subdivision 1 and is saturated. Air in the tank 3 is heated up to set temp by means of a reheater 11 of an admission reheating controller 10 through a duct 6, and returned to the subdivision 1. In this case, brine is held at fixed temp by mounting a brine heating cooling controller 20 and a brine fixed temp holding controller 30 to the dew point adjusting tank 3, and an admission humidifying controller 40 is installed into the duct 6, thus controlling humidity highly accurate.
