Abstract
PURPOSE: To automate the mixing ratio control, by operating a feed pattern of a fluid fed into the mixing tank in accordance with feed of a substance which is supplied by each unit amount, making the operated pattern its set point, and controlling the amount of a fluid fed into the mixing tank.
CONSTITUTION: The amount of sheet pulp 16 supplied to the mixing tank 14 is detected by the optical detector consisting of a light emitting element 33 and a photodetector 34. A feed pattern of diluted water according to supply of the sheet pulp is generated from the set signal generator 36 by said output. The pattern signal from the set signal generator 36 is converted to an air signal by the current air signal transducer 37, and is provided to the flow rate controller 38 as a set signal. The control valve 13 is controlled by an output of the controller 38 so that flow rate of the diluted water can be the set point.
