CONSTITUTION:An input and output controller 42 provides a control section 43 and an internal memory 44. When a transmission request is given, a station control section 34 makes reception information to the controller 42. Thus, the control section 43 is made start and the reception data storage head address from the internal memory 44 to a memory 40 is picked up. The control section 34 performs the response of data reception permission to a sub-station being the transmission request accordingly. This data is received at a sub-station 31i and directly stored in the memory 40 as the reception data under the access control of the control section 43.
