Abstract
PURPOSE:To handle a plurality of signals to be transmitted with a single transmission system, by descreting an instantaneous amplitude of a plurality of analog signals for digital coding, forming a single composite code and converting it into one analog signal having the amplitude. CONSTITUTION:A plurality of signals S1, S2-Sn to be transmitted applied to input terminals IN1, IN2,-INn are converted into digital signals at L-bit A/D converters AD1, AD2,-ADn, a prescribed difference is given with the weight of L-bit and converted into a single analog signal at a D/A converter DAC. A single composite signal is inputted to a demodulator DET via a single transmission line CA and converted into n sets of L-bit digital signals at L X n-bit A/D converter. The digital signals are converted into analog signals at D/A converters DA1-DAn and the original signals S1-Sn are obtained from output terminals OUT1-OUTn.
