CONSTITUTION: A flywheel 22 is composed of the plural number of discs 23 in layers provided with a central hole 23a of considerably large diameter each and is clamped by many locking bolts 15. And connected directly to lower end of an intermediate shaft 21 fixed to axis of rotary shaft joint iron. A thrust collar 24 is installed on lower end of the flywheel 22. Since the flywheel 22 composed of discs 23 porvided with a central hole 23a each may be remarkably decreased in its weight as compared with the existing kind as well as reduced in loss friction attributed to a thrust bearing 17 and the like, high efficiency of its energy utilization may be realized.
