A spider 23 is directly connected to a lower end of in intermediate shaft 3 and provided with the flywheel 21 tightly fitted along its outer circumference. The spider 23 can enlarge its outside diameter D, selection of which is optional in accordance with required bending rigidity. Thus, bending rigidity of rotary section of the flywheel 21 may be improved, the first critical speed of the shafting is increased, speed of revolution can be set high, and accumulation of inertia energy can be increased in quantity.
