Abstract

PURPOSE: To reduce the amount of unbalance of the rotor, by the structure such that FRP layers are provided on the outer circumference of field coil fitted to a torque tube, and after shaping these FRP layers into a circular form, binding lines are wound on it.
CONSTITUTION: Field coil 3 is fitted on torque tube 2. After pre-binding is done at intervals in the axial direction, No.1 FRP layer is formed on the outer circumference of the torque tube between the pre-binding intervals. Next, the pre-bindings are removed, smf No.2 FRP layer is formed at their places. Subsequently, by operating mechanical processing on No.1 and No.2 layers, circular FRP layer 9, concentric with the axis of rotation, is formed. Finally, binding lines are piled up on the outer circumference of FRP layer 9, and thereby supporting layer 7 is formed. By this, the outer circumference of supporting layer 7 is made concentric with the axis of rotation and thereby the amount of unbalance of the rotor is reduced.
