Abstract
PURPOSE:To automatically control a liquid level in a liquid nitrogen vessel, by incorporating 2 carbon resistances into a bridge, changing a variation of a resistance value to an output of the bridge, and controlling opening and closing of a valve by positive and negative of this output. CONSTITUTION:To a vessel 1, liquid nitrogen is supplied through a feed pipe 2, and the pipe 2 is provided with an automatic valve 3 for intermitting its supply automatically. This valve 3 is opened and closed by a valve automatic controller 4. In this state, carbon resistances RU, RL are incorporated in a bridge B together with resistances R1, R2, and when the liquid level is within the allowable liquid surface level, the product of resistances values of the resistances RL, RU becomes equal to the product of resistance values of the resistances R1, R2. An output terminal of this bridge B is connected to an input terminal of a controlling circuit 6, and the valve 3 is controlled by a control signal of the circuit 6.
