Abstract

PURPOSE:To provide a stable temperature variation with a simple construction by a method wherein a flow rate control valve is periodically opened or closed according to a signal of a setting unit for use in setting desired amount of state of hot water and a controller unit is provided in which a temperature of hot water fed is periodically varied. CONSTITUTION:In order to make a periodic variation of a temperature of fed hot water, an upper limit temperature of the fed hot water is defined with a setting unit 29. A controller unit 30 may send a signal to a mixing valve driving device 21 to control a mixing valve 20 in such a way as the temperature of the fed hot water is equal to a signal from a mixed hot water temperature sensor 23. The specified amount of hot water is fed at the upper limit temperature of the varying temperature set by a setting unit 29 from a mixing unit 24. Then, a lower limit value of a temperature of fed hot water is defined, a flow rate control valve 25 is opened according to the temperature, and a degree of opening of the flow rate control valve 25 when a signal of a temperature sensor 28 arranged at a flow merging part 27 is equal to that value is stored in the controller unit 30. A range from that position to a closing position is opened or closed under a predetermined period, resulting in that a variation of the fed-out hot water desired can be attained.
