Abstract
PURPOSE:To improve a magnetic circuit without taking up the accuracy of processing as a problem by removing arbitrary one part number among laminating, forming air gaps detaching sections among magnetic poles constituted to remaining laminated cores and conducting laminating, stacking and fastening. CONSTITUTION:h-Sections are detached and the air gaps alpha are formed, and the detachment is not conducted about some number of laminated plates. Since the h sections of most of laminated plates are detached, reactive magnetic flux cannot pass the h sections by the air gaps alpha particularly larger than air gaps, and can be reduced remarkably. Since the air gaps alpha may be made particularly larger than the air gaps, machining for fining the h sections after punching processing can be unnecessitated. Accordingly, the efficiency of the magnetic circuit can be improved without taking up the accuracy of processing as a problem.
