Abstract

PURPOSE: To improve locating precision and reduce manufacturing hours by laminating blanked cores on the surface or the undersurface by turns or by shifting at given angles and laminating them by every core or every thickness of several cores.
CONSTITUTION: Stator cores 1, for example when they have four poles, are blanked so that poles 2a∼2d where the teeth 3 are formed at a given pitch on the pole may be arranged at the pitch of 90°.
