Abstract

PURPOSE:Exhaust gas recirculation (EGR) system with a turbocharger, in which exhaust gas can be surely introduced into an intake pipe by utilizing suction power of a blower in no relation to pressure at an intake port side of an engine at operation of the turbocharger. CONSTITUTION:Inlet parts 8, 8' of an exhaust gas recirculation (EGR) passage 7 are connected to the upstream or downstream side of a turbine 4. An outlet part 9 of the EGR passage 7 is connected to the upstream side of a blower 5. In this way, exhaust gas can be easily introduced into an intake pipe 6 in no relation to pressure between an intake port 12 of an engine 1 and the blower 5.
