Abstract
PURPOSE:To form the green sheet of a multilayer through the once movement of a carrier tape by conducting drying and the formation of an insulating thin-film onto the green sheet in succession to a process shaping the green sheet of a metallic thin plate onto the carrier tape. CONSTITUTION:The green sheet 6 of the first layer of a metallic thin plate material is formed onto the carrier tape 4 through a tape casting method by using a doctor blade 5 at the first molding section 1. The green sheet 6 is forwarded to a drying zone 2 having a temperature gradient, and the green sheet 6 of the first layer is dried while being successively moved. An insulating layer 10 is shaped onto the green sheet 6 by means of a doctor blade positioned where slightly separated from the drying zone 2.
